Meet the Founder
Nikki Bott
With 15 years’ of recruitment experience and over a decade of that spent working in the Consumer sector, I consider myself to be a true specialist and real expert in my field.

Having worked agency side for the first part of my career for both global corporates and boutique businesses, I was often required to work with clients in all sorts of consumer categories, some which really did not align with my own values.
I also witnessed some less than ethical practices within the industry, which whilst not commonplace, were enough to understand the reason for the industry’s reputation. This fuelled me to want to do better, provide a more transparent service and partner with brands that were aspiring to be part of the solution and not the problem.
My huge love for health and wellness means that I am truly passionate about helping brands that are doing good, to get into the consumer’s hands via the hiring of top talent. From this drive hunger and passion, Scaling Well Talent was born.
Having partnered with various global corporates, scale-up SME’s and investor-backed start-ups throughout my career, I am able to easily tailor the service provided to match the needs of your business. Working in true partnership, is for me, the key success factor.
It is this approach that has allowed me to successfully make key strategic hires from mid management to board level, for some of the most well-known household brand names on the planet, as well as building teams from the ground up, for some of the most exciting global challenger brands disrupting the market today.
I’m a personal development junkie, obsessed with self development books and learning and have my own podcast, Hello Sunday I have a qualification in NLP and love translating these techniques into my professional life.
